I just don't get how it saves. I thought maybe when it said 'checkpoint' it would save, but no. Or maybe when I completed a mission and started a new one, NO.
I'm a completionist, so I dedicate A LOT of time to clearing out every single area in full. It's irritating when I quit the game thinking it saved, only to come back to find the fog of war covering everything I just explored. The current quest is in the same exact position I left it, but why does the fog of war return!? So annoying!!

Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition players importing characters and saves from last-generation Diablo III can transition from a Sony or Microsoft system, reports Destructoid. This means you can either switch from Xbox 360 to the PlayStation 4, or from PlayStation 3 to Xbox One.
By linking an Xbox Live gamertag or a PSN ID to a Battle.net account, players can import their progress. However, saves can't be transferred between Xbox One and PS4. No reason for this restriction was mentioned, and there was no announcement of a PC-to-current-generation.
Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition features the base game, the Reaper of Souls expansion, plus new achievements and trophies. The PS4 version will feature exclusive content based on The Last of Us and Shadow of the Colossus.
