HTH - Just got one of these and described as for Android but if you can find the driver it will work with Win 8 downwards.
Search eBay with <<USB 2.0 Ethernet 10/100 Network Lan Adapter>>
and look at the White box ones - attached via USB or microUSB 2.0
Other sites also have the same Chinese units
I found qualified drivers here (eventually)
